I read this book quite a while ago and don't remember much about it. I believe it was about a girl whose family died in a fire (she might have believed it was her fault but not entirely sure) but eventually she finds out there is a killer who sets fires and makes them look like accidents. I think the cover has red on it and there might have been numbers in the title but not too sure about that either.

The details are slightly different so this might not be your book, but Invisible sounds like what you're talking about. I think it was just her twin sister who died and there wasn't numbers in the title, but everything else matches what you're describing
