YA realistic fiction, probably 80s or 90s, read around 2000, gritty realistic, main character boy who is involved in criminal activities or just destruction? Blue cover?

I hardly remember anything about this book, but it was one of those bleak realistic YA books, I think from the 90s. The main character is a teenage boy and I think he was either involved with some criminal activities or just pointless destruction. I believe the book was about peer pressure and also teenage sexuality. I remember one scene where he has sex with a girl in a playground. I also think he played video games, possibly in an arcade? I feel like it didn't have that much of a plot and was more about teenage boredom. And I vaguely remember that the book has either a blue cover or something about blue in the title, might be wrong though.

I read it in German but probably translated, might have been American, setting was a town I think, not countryside.
