Hi!I would be interested in reading this and giving my views on it! I am currently going through a bit of an identity crisis with my career so I think this could be an interesting read for me at the minute! I also work in a school so anything I read that I can help to inspire secondary students is great!

Thank you for your interest in my books. I feel they would be a great fit for you as someone who deals with anxiety and depression.
I also used to deal with overwhelming anxiety from overthinking. Once I got an idea of the functioning and mechanics of the mind and how to overcome its tricks, I was more at peace and happy in life.
This is where the Mental Health Series came to mind: to help people out of their minds, into their hearts, and onto the Higher Self for those who are ready. May the books offer you a fresh perspective on ways to overcome the ego’s illusions, which bring on lower vibrational energies such as stress, anxiety, depression, and so on.
