Lauren | 2168 comments This is regarding this record: https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/3...

Baring-Gould should more properly be credited as Editor, Notes, and Introductions (rather than as author), as he did not write these songs.

Additionally, Henry Fleetwood Sheppard, Frederick Bussell, and William Henry Hobkinson should be credited for Arrangements (source: https://www.worldcat.org/title/924056520) as they provided the musical arrangements.

Michele | 6354 comments OK, I think I got all this.

- Baring-Gould's role fixed
- Arrangers added with role
- Descriptions fixed
- Original publication dates added

Here's the series: https://www.goodreads.com/series/3856...

There is are 9 of these I couldn't sort out -- https://www.goodreads.com/work/editio... They have no volume number, and the page counts are all over the place (one has 26 pp, one has 152 pp, etc.). I suspect that some of these may be individual volumes, and maybe one or two are the full one-volume version of the set, but I really have no way of knowing what's what. If you can tease apart what these are, I'll be happy to make the corrections:

Otherwise, go ahead and edit the title of your post to add the word CLOSED. This is only possible when on the desktop site:

1. Click the 'edit' button to the right of the discussion topic
2. Add the word CLOSED to the topic
3. Don't forget to Save!

Michele | 6354 comments Oh, I also added the first editions to GR. Would be great to have images of the covers, I'll poke around and see if I can find them on a usable site. Maybe Library of Congress...
