Delete/change wrong book

I'm trying to catalogue the brazilian portuguese edition of this book, but the ISBN-13 is alrerady used by this book, wich is registred with the incorrect author and page number. It also doesn't have the book description or the publisher informations.

I created a new edition for it merged with the already existing editions for the same book, with all the correct informations, on this link:

I was told you may have some tools for when an ISBN is re-used.

You didn't mention that ISBN, so how are we supposed to help? Please also provide a link to the publisher showing the ISBN being used and a link to the book already using it wouldn't hurt.

I really don't understand why you created not one, but two totally redundant editions, instead of fixing the existing edition. This has nothing to do with ISBN re-use.
Luckily you didn't shelve any of those editions so I simply marked them invalid and added the correct one.
Also, book descriptions should not include media praise or awards.
