Veronica (ronireads13) | 31 comments Quick question for challenge #6 (Group Reads amd Buddy Reads) do they have to be read during that time, such as January winners must be read in January or can we read them later in the year?

Read anytime during the year.

Tim Mathis | 16 comments Challenge 16 is my choice! Where do I set-up my alphabetical author page, or do we still do that? Looking forward to the challenge! Tim

Tim, welcome to the Buffet. Set up your own thread and join as many challenges as you want.

Directions-
Create your own separate thread to list the challenge/s you wish to participate in. If you plan on participating in several challenges, you will want to save/reserve several message/posts at the beginning of your thread to list each challenge you intend to try. Reserve 1-17 if you are going to try them all. Remember you can always delete the save posts if you don't need them.

RedSycamore | 31 comments Looks delicious! Not sure how many of these I'll complete since I just joined the group, but this is a very cool setup.

Just do as much as you like and can - these are meant to be fun and to increase your reading pleasure.

Pam (bluegrasspam) | 56 comments Bob - I just recently joined the group and am doing 2 of the challenges. I love the idea of having different challenges to choose from and all in one place! I hope you will keep the fiction/non-fiction challenge for 2025. That’s one I’m especially interested in doing and already have some pairings I plan to read. Thanks for all of your coordination efforts!

Bob works hard on this and has done a good job of making it fun. No worries. There will be a 2025 version. Usually the last week of November and early December there will be a flurry of activity when the Challenges open up for planning for the next year.

Sue K H (sky_bluez) | 3694 comments The link for the Most Popular Goodread Books by year doesn't work.
I wonder if it's temporarily down or if they quit supporting it?

Sue, I need more info. I just used it message #8 and checked 1950, it worked. I went to the 2025 challenge message #11 and checked 1970, it also worked.

It works for me now too, Bob. It must have been a temporary glitch.
