Room for two more!
How about Death in the Stocks. The group hasn't read it since 2014. (Is that right?)And yes, I know, it featured earlier this year as one of the 'never want to read again' titles.
However, think of the fun we could have ripping it apart!

Added Death in the Stocks for you, Barb!
I like ALL the books nominated so far and will happily read any of them again with the group. so I don't have a nomination.

Same here!
a whole list of nominations that I do not know yet! I hadn't thought it possible. - So I agree: I will happily go along with any of them.
sabagrey wrote: "a whole list of nominations that I do not know yet! I hadn't thought it possible. - So I agree: I will happily go along with any of them."Three of them are mysteries & P&P is Georgian. :)
Do you want me to throw a Regency into the pot, Carol? I’m still likely to vote for a mystery, because I love them, but I’m happy to fill out the ranks!
Susan in NC wrote: "Do you want me to throw a Regency into the pot, Carol? I’m still likely to vote for a mystery, because I love them, but I’m happy to fill out the ranks!"As long as it hasn't been read in the last two years that is fine! :)
Ok, I’ll nominate The Quiet Gentleman, that’s regency, right? Edit: I checked our last couple polls, and False Colours came in close second for one poll. Can I switch to that? Seems like the group was interested in rereading it! Thanks!
Susan in NC wrote: "Ok, I’ll nominate The Quiet Gentleman, that’s regency, right?"That is indeed, in spite of some editions having a man in Georgian attire on the cover. I'll close this now & put up a poll when I get home. :)

I've changed your book to false Colours, Susan. :)
About to put the poll up now.
& the poll is up - I'll be interested to see which book wins.:)https://www.goodreads.com/poll/show/2...
It should also be on our home page.
Please note that Powder & Patch is also known as The Transformation of Philip Jettan.

Thank you, dearest!
Susan in Perthshire wrote: "Frederica, Devil's Cub, April Lady"Sorry, I'm not sure what you mean, Susan.
Susan in Perthshire wrote: "Carol - these were my nominations - I couldn’t decide which one so I put all 3! Sorry!"Sorry, I closed the nominations in post #17, but let Susan change her mind about her nomination. Hope everyone ok with that.
Thank you for helping out, Carol. I'm sorry to have fallen off my perch the last couple of weeks.
Jenny wrote: "Thank you for helping out, Carol. I'm sorry to have fallen off my perch the last couple of weeks."Now I have this vision of you on the floor of a bird cage!
Hope you are feeling better!
& the poll has closed & we have two winners. Death in the Stocks & False ColoursI'll discuss with Jenny how she wants to do this. I like both books & I am happy to lead either.
Ok Jenny & I have had a chat & she doesn't have a copy of Death in the Stocks, so I will lead that one in January & Jenny will lead False Colours in February.
yes, thank you, I look forward to both of them. and by February it will be practically spring, thank goodness!

I will close the nominations Tuesday (my time) or when we have five nominations - whichever comes first.
& I will get the ball rolling with Footsteps in the Dark This group has only read this one once - back in 2014.
