Jackie if it ends up in a tie, can we just read one January and one February?

message 2: by Susan in NC (new)

Susan in NC I’ll second that! ;o)

Carol She's So Novel꧁꧂ I'd have to discuss that with Jenny when she is feeling better, but I don't see why not. :)

Susan in NC Great suggestion, Jackie, and get well, Jenny.

Yes, that's a good idea! In fact, even if it isn't a dead heat and there's a book that's a very close runner I don't see why we shouldn't do that, do you?

Thank you for the good wishes.

I had another knee replacement in October, and two in 5 months has left me very tired, as well as being on strong painkillers which are making me a bit dopey. I shall try and be more active.

Sounds awful.

We have done it that way in the past, & I don't see why we can't do it that was this time.

I’m glad the idea works for you - I’d be happy with any of the nominees!

I’m so sorry you’re feeling so tired, I understand - a few years ago I had two brain surgeries within a year, and I was in a neurological fog for a couple years! Anesthesia and pain pills really do a number on you…please take care of and be kind to yourself, no rush!
