Your book Growing Children looks like it would fit well in the Out-of-this-World Group (for fantasy, sci-fi, other speculative genres) that needs a few more people.

I haven't noticed that the lag is longer than average, but Amazon does take a very long time, sometimes. I've known it take up to two weeks!
