wrong page number (1 book) (done)

I would count that as an advertisement, but that looks to come before the acknowledgements. So what is the total page count?

I would count the acknowledgements, but you could be right. Unfortunately search is broken, (for over a month) so I can't look up what rivka ruled on this.
