Also, I own this book. Please change publication date to 1968 and add page count - 597.
It was published by Little, Brown and Company.

The copyright page doesn't list his middle name, also the book has no ISBN, but the cover, publication date, etc. match my book so I'll go with this edition. I was told, years ago, that Book of the Month Club doesn't use ISBNs so that's probably why it's missing.
Strange copyright page though, as it doesn't even list a LOC number.

All editions should be filed on the same author page, if it were a different name we would use the name on first edition (with other same given as secondary author on subsequent editions), as this is basically the same name we standardise to the longest form.
ISBNs were not introduced until 1970. That is probably an ISBN assigned to a used edition at a later date.
