Terrific, thanks, Tania! I haven’t read Miss Marjoribanks yet, and it’s available, so I might read that in January instead. I looked at the GR page for this Mrs. Blencarrow, and the reviews are not great. Since readers generally refer to Miss Marjoribanks as her best, I’d rather start there.

That's fine. I can set up threads for both so members have a choice. I may well try to reread it myself as well. As you say, it is readily available and I only have the vaguest memory of it.
