Megan (rhubarb6) | 9 comments My parents bought me this book in a National Park gift store in 1992, and it seemed quite new, so published 1992 or earlier. Hardcover, the cover was sort of salmon/coral/orange and it had like colored pencil style illustrations. I can't remember if it was entirely about animals or if it also included some general science. It was extremely dynamic, for example I remember it had scratch and sniff circles (one was skunk). I also remember a diagram about how vision works, color spectrum stuff, which is why it might have been general science with some animal stuff but I mostly remember the animal focus. Probably not more than 50 pages long, but really informative juvenile nonfiction, not like a storybook. I can't remember a title or author at all.

Megan, I copied some book details to the topic header. Feel free to edit it.

Do you recall the cover image?

Megan (rhubarb6) | 9 comments Thanks Kris. Unfortunately all I remember about the cover is that it was mostly white with an orange/peach border (same as the spine) and that it had more of the colored pencil type sketches in the center.

I feel like this is a tough nut to crack. I've tried various searches myself over the years with no luck.
