Heroine is named Claire, believe Hero is named Shadow. This is book 2 or 3 in a series. Claire is clairvoyant/ an empath who is helping the police solver a case of serial murders. Shadow is a family friend/brothers friend who’s known about her gift throughout her life and knows how to help her through her side affects of her gifts.
