Tween/YA horror book where only children can be ghost hunters and as they get older they lose the ability to see ghosts

I read it 3-4 years ago, it was set in london. In the book most ghost hunter groups are led by adults but the main character is tired of it and finds another ghost hunting group that is led by kids. I don't think it was too scary but it was definitely in the horror genre.
