Just about anything by Nick Spalding so sick/wrong and hilarious. This series is perfect exampleLove... From Both Sides
The one about women's bathroom lines whose title escapes me but the subtitle is U R in line (if memory serves) or perhaps it was YOU ARE IN LINE. In any case, I am having trouble finding it in My Books.
It's usually seen as more of a romance, but Pride and Prejudice. If you read it as a comedy, it is absolutely hysterical.
I’m with CelleB. Love Stephanie Plum! Jen Lancaster’s memoirs were funny. Bill Bryson’s Walk in the Woods and Sunburned Country were very funny too.
For this time of year, Skipping Christmas by John Grisham.
I absolutely love satire, especially if subtle. I adore the Agatha Raisin series by M.C. Beaton. I prefer those on audio. Other books would be:The Urban Legion by Dave Agans
Changing World: Origin: A LitRPG Saga (Book 1) by Sergei Katz (audio is the way to go)
Island of the Sequined Love Nun by Christopher Moore (audio is the way to go)
Don Quixote by Miguel de Cervantes Saavedra
Zombies vs Aliens by Kristin Jacques
I’m currently reading ‘The Bandit Queens’. I wasn’t expecting it to be funny based on the descriptions but it is completely hilarious. I love it.
For stories, it's a toss-up between Bartleby, the Scrivener of Wall Street by Herman Melville, and Candide by Voltaire. Given the first is a short story, Candide may hold the record. If I limit it to modern books only, I'd have to go with Red Shirts by John Scalzi or Good Omens by Neil Gaiman and Terry Pratchett.
Just finished Leslie F*ucking Jones, a memoir so damn funny but so was Horrorstor by Grady Hendrix…well to me anyway.
I would say due to my Asian heritage I loved the Crazy Rich Asians trilogy, Counterfeit, and Vera Wong's Unsolicited Advice for Murderers. Lessons in Chemistry was also a cute read. Other than that I don't think I have read many humorous books. I do love The Devil Wears Prada and the sequel When Life Gives you Lululemons. It is centered around Emily Charlton's character who is played by Emily Blunt in the original movie. In fact, because I love her as an actress in general and her playing that role in the original movie was done so well I actually picture her when I am reading the sequel. It's an entertaining read for sure.
For anyone with little farm kids that like to get dirty and play in the barn, Harris and Me has stuck with me for my entire life as a hilarious book for a dirty little barefoot kid

There are so many to choose from. Almost anything by P. G. Wodehouse, The Ascent of Rum Doodle by W. E. Bowman, The Life and Opinions of Tristram Shandy, Gentleman by Laurence Sterne. But if I had to pick one it would be an old masterpiece, The Diary of a Nobody by George and Weedon Grossmith. Absolute genius.
Janet Evanovich has the number books with Stephanie Plum as main character. The grandma on there cracks me up.Etna Bombeck cracks me up too.
