Fantasy book (title is similar to “Moonflower”) where the main character (girl) is choosing a suitor and falls for a jester named Leo. Read around 2014. Spoilers below.

I read it sometime around 2014. I THINK the title starts with “Moon”, it is a two-word title, I thought it was Moonflower but I have not found it on any website. The main character is meeting suitors since she is to be married, and this one guy is really interested, but all I remember is that she did not reciprocate and her brother called him Applebottom. She meets a jester named Leo who ends up being a prince of a neighboring kingdom. He disappears suddenly, leaving her heartbroken, and the pain causes her to get a dragon curse or something and she turns into a dragon. Applebottom is also magic and is able to save her, which is romantic enough for her to love him back I guess. Something along those lines.

I looked on Google, good reads, Amazon, bookfinder, etc but I guess it’s a really niche series and I don’t have enough information on it.

It's part of a series of books that mainly revolve around the dragon people as antagonists. I remember pieces of two other books, but since each post is for just one novel, I am leaving them out unless requested. The other books also had two-word titles.
