So you just need to go to the group home, click edit my membership and click leave group

go to the desktop version and then go to the group homepage, click edit my membership and then you should see a button that says leave this group and you just press that and your done

If you only want to stop - emails - Go to the group's homepage, click on Edit My Membership, go to the bottom of the page - click on Edit Group Discussion Updates -- click on no discussion updates.
