update Blue Lock titles for consistency

The English titles in the Blue Lock series are inconsistent. Volumes 1-7 use the format “Blue Lock, Vol. #” but from 8 on they use the “Blue Lock #” with the volume number replacing '#' for both.
- On Amazon paperback version of the series uses the second format.
- For the Amazon Kindle version (and the series page), it uses the first format.
- On the publisher, Kodansha's, site it uses “Blue Lock, Volume #” as the format. Below are links to the versions listed above for the 8th volume.

Which edition is shown in the "series" page is not under our control. I believe GR automatically shows the most popular edition of a given title. So, not much we can do about this.
