SOLVED. YA Fantasy book about missing kids. [s]

Hi I´m looking for a book I read when I was a teenager. Is about several kids who don´t know each other, I think they were about 8 or 9, who get convinced by a woman to run away with her.
Years later they all appear in a new town, claiming to be sibilings, and the woman their mother, and they are all like really talented at omething, like one of them speaks around 20 languages. I remember that two of the missing children were twin sisters.
The book must be from the 2000s, or the 2010s.

I think she just wanted to raise them, like to have those talents and then use them, but I don´t remember it very well.

I think the book was written in third person.
