A bit unrelated from the usual discussion (but since reading is a mental workout) what do you all do for your physical and mental fitness? I gave up weights 6 years back and just stick to different Push Up variations/stretching/Dynamic Tension and aim for 15,000+ Steps a day What do you all do for your physical and mental fitness?
Would love to hear everyone's point of view and improve myself further!
I go to the gym with my husband and I usually go on the treadmill for 30 min and sometimes I’ll do like some crunches or use the rowing machine or bike afterwards. We try to go like every other day and so far it seems like it works for me but lots of people have other methods that work for them. I’m not hugely knowledgeable on physical activity 😂
