Children's Picture Book. Fairies finding lost/ misplaced items. Objects with glitter embedded in the illustrations (maybe an orb/ lantern, flower, shell, star?). Spider web. Fairy Queen? Read about 2008?

Notable features of the book included embeded items/shapes of the objects the fairies were looking for on the front cover, I think they had glitter on them and were hard/rought to touch. The objects included might have been an orb and/or lantern, flower, shell or star. I think one of other objects was retrieved from a body of water, the other from a spider web. I believe there was a segment at the end about giving all the objects to the fairy Queen at a ball? Probably read this book roughly 15 years ago and am not solid on the details.
