Sheila from NC signing in to let you know that it’s pretty easy to read one Hercule Poirot story each day for option A. Im on track with my giant Mists of Avalon book, which is actually 4 books in one volume, so I’m halfway through the third book, and halfway through the third week of Advent, so right on schedule. I’ve had this on my tbr shelf forever and didn’t want to tackle the length, so this is a Christmas gift to me! Thanks.

Sheila, I feel the same about Les Misérables. You've inspired me to tackle my biggest chunkster! I'm planning to take an Advent Challenge approach to it in Q1 of next year. Even with 1463 pages, if I spread it over three months, I could do it with <17 pages per day. Quite manageable! And I will probably do it fewer days.

One place you can sometimes find your number is in the participant list in post #2 of a challenge thread. Some challenge leaders include message numbers as well as names and progress, while some don't. In this case, Theresa has included message numbers here.

Or, if you scroll down the first page of the challenge thread to your post, you can find the number in the top left corner of your post.

When I join a challenge, I like to note the message number and a link to my sign-up post in my member's corner, so that I can easily reference it and get back to it.

Lastly, there is some good information about unknown message numbers and lots more in the Yearly, Quarterly, and Monthly Challenges - Start Here thread. It might make next year's challenges easier to manage. 🙂
