{ rosina } | 21 comments No One Is Talking About This is one of the best books I've ever read! You can finish it and go through every possible emotion in like 2 hours

Also, "The Blue Umbrella" by "Ruskin Bond". It is a long short story.

The Westing Game, Animal Farm, The Great Gatsby, and The Witch of Blackbird Pond are all great shorter reads!

M Is for Magic which has October in the Chair and another good one that I have forgotten the title of.

~☆~Autumn | 24 comments Jassy is not a short story. It is by Norah Lofts and so does not have bad language. It is NOT ROMANCE. There is a little romance which is kinda funny but not what you would expect.

I'm surprised no one has yet mentioned Coralie by Neil Gaiman. It's less than or around 200 pages(depending on The edition) and an amazing standalonee

Milly | 5 comments Since fall is coming up I recommend
-We Have Always Lived in the Castle by Shirley Jackson (such a quick beautifully creepy book, you have to read it in the fall)
-The Ocean at the End of the Lane by Neil Gaiman (a fun and terrifying story from your inner child. I love it so much and the foreshadowing is immaculate.)

~☆~Autumn | 24 comments Jassy is great for Halloween. It is NOT romance but more like horror but you will only understand if you read it. It is back in print on Amazon (awful cover).

247 pages that will keep you up at night!

EarnedIt | 15 comments I am reading Mister Moonfeld’s stories. They are short illustrations. I love them. These stories have a great moral.
