As of right now, my top 5 are
1. The Glass Bead Game, by Hermann Hesse
2. Neverwhere, by Neil Gaiman
3. The Lord of the Rings, by J.R.R. Tolkien
4. Jingo or Night Watch by Terry Pratchett
5. The Tripods Trilogy, by John Christopher

I have other favorites that I often list in my top 5, but these are the ones I reread a lot and still love.
