got to pg 120 in Pinball & switched to The Death & Life of Great American Cities & read to pg 304 (starting at pg 257?)
I don't track page numbers much either, Robert --- I always tend to switch to books by mood. hope you're having fun so far!
read a bit from Seven Empty Houses to remind myself of the stories before we return it to the library.
fell asleep for a bit at pg 325 of Death & Life of Great American Cities. Switched to Monk! by Youssef Daoudi (on pg 215)
Finished Pinball by Jon Chad! Chad's perspective on pinball could be useful when thinking about games in general. Great art & memorable turns of phrase.
buddy read about 20 pages/two essays from It Came From the Closet. Got to pg 343 of The Death & Life of Great American Cities.
Had to go return some videodiscs. Before that, I got to pg 283 of Monk! Now I've started reading the Dispatches from Anarres short story collection.
Finished Monk! by Youssef Daoudi. very jazzy, you can feel the love he has for Monk. Read about 45 pgs of Dispatches from Anarres. so far so good.
