This 📕 is far from the usual tale of the 'tragic mulatto.' This author has written her memoir encompassing the authentic moving dualality of familial sagas, rangeing from moderate to seismodic in their affect on her life's undercurrents, dashing her upon ragged clifts or past an oasis bereft of a💧throughout her life. My Mom is also Biracial. I would caution the author on one thing. As much as she keeps saying she wants a child, please take enough time to FIRM up exactly who and what you are! Swings from full menu to a-la-carte daughter aren't fun.

I was very hooked on this one and the story pulls you right in too. Parts are very disturbing as well.. should Gillian really want to be liked by Violet's wealthy family if they are ... Well they have some dark secrets and problems. Their beautiful house also has fire damage and they are just living there. Very twisty and gothic. I certainly wanted to yell at Gillian during parts of this story.

I need to know if the magnolia parks series is worth it.. I heard the lady book SUCKED and the ending of the series was trash but the whole series was amazing.

A short story Sentinel: Zero Hour. Quick read but it was really good. Nearly 5 stars, very well written as a single POV.Also started Expanse series Leviathan Wakes. I’d rate 6 if I could.
