I meditate and thought I knew what I was doing but this one showed me how much easier, and intense it could be. I have read all the basics Zen & the art of motorcycle maintenance, Zen mind beginners mind etc but somehow this book made it all the more relatable.

I liked it, but oddly enough not as much as the other ones. I think it’s overhyped. Yes theres good moments but its just very stretched out and occasionally repetitive.
