How do you leave a group???

You can’t do it on a phone. Here’s what it says on Google:



Currently, it's only possible to cancel your membership in a group using the Goodreads desktop or mobile site. To leave a group: Visit the group's homepage and click edit membership, located underneath the group's profile picture. Click leave this group.Jun 25, 2021

There should be a spot under the intro that says edit membership, click that and that should take you to the leave group option.
