so i read this book when i was probably around 2014-2016, it had a very generic name that was only one word, and it was about a girl who was learning to fly falls in love with a boy named Elias and these two other friends join along, eventually finding out that the girl has been experimented on since birth and there’s at least one other book that i know of in the series but i never read it.

It isn’t The Girl Who Could Fly, is it? It doesn’t match the one word title and I don’t think there’s an Elias, but the main character is learning to fly, and she’s locked up in an institution that might do scientific tests on her.
