[Done] Paperback Edition Deleted?

Hi! I noticed that one of my books was missing the paperback edition, but when I went to add it, I got a message that the ISBN had already been used for an edition in "Deleted" status. This is the link I was given:

I don't know how this edition ended up deleted, but it's definitely still in use. Can someone please restore it, or tell me what to do to get it restored?
