Hour 1 is our first scheduled reading sprint. Good morning!!!! Well, it may not be morning for you, but it is the beginning, hopefully, of a fantastic readathon. Get your first snacks and beverages ready, grab your book or queue up your first audiobook, and let's kick off the October 2023 Dewey's Readathon with a great first hour sprint.
On your marks ...... Get set ....... Go!

I'm not a morning person but like to start when the 'thon does, we'll see if a nap is in order later.

I read two books by Dr Suess--just some warmup reads.
Horton Hatches the Egg
Horton Hatches the Egg by Dr. Seuss
McElligot's Pool
McElligot's Pool by Dr. Seuss
128 pages.

Took me close to 20 minutes as I considered the art and literary connections. I will enjoy writing the reviews.

magazines I want to read also . Enjoy the Readathon Ann : )
