It already has a cover, and better quality.

The cover isn't showing amongst my favourite books or in my read column. It just has a picture of the goodreads icon, a book with the goodreads 'g' in the middle of it.

Can you link to the specific edition you have on your bookshelf.

When I click on the book itself, the cover changes to a book with a love heart in the centre of it?...

But it's definitely the same link as when I cross reference between me clicking on it and onto the author's page, the amount of ratings are the exact same, over 3 million...

However, when I see the author's list of books, I can see it clearly has a yellow cover, but for some reason it's not appearing on my shelves.

That edition gives no details to identify it (date, publisher, ISBN etc.) so an image cannot be added.
Due to the number of reviews it cannot be deleted/merged by a librarian, you would need to ask for help from superlibrarians.
