How to add book listings to goodreads

How do we go about requesting the addition of books to goodreads? I was really spoiled having our own librarian.

Anyone know what the response time is?
A while back I had asked an audiobook to be added and it took forever.

That totally depends on random factors - I have had something immediately done and I have one thing I am still trying to get fixed after a month... but that's unusual.
