I can't seem to leave this group! How do I exit out nothing suggested works!

I don’t know the answer to this question but you can change the notif settings. I only get them in my email.

If you're on your phone, make sure you go to desk top setting. Some of the tabs don't show or work on your regular phone setting. Then follow above advice.

Hit the 3 little dots top right and scroll down to check Desktop site. Then go to top of page to "The book you like most" discussion. Hit that. Then hit the Edit Membership tab that shows up. Then LEAVE GROUP.

If that doesn't work... Don't know what to tell you.

I found the solution to this problem, in case someone had the same issue that I had: I have no go to desktop button on my app and if I try to go in through Chrome it also takes me to the app. So what I did was just: googled Goodreads; long press on the link and choose the option "open in a new tab"; then you can sign in there and leave the group as following they instructions in other comments and voilà you are a free elf!
