A removed edition for unknown reasons

A particular edition of this book was removed but I do not understand for what reasons, it is a valid edition in the Czech language, a translation of the book. Here is the ISBN: 978-80-7336-740-4.
I was trying to add the addition when I received a note, that this edition with this ISBN already exists, only it has been removed.
What can be done in this situation to renew the edition?
