Age rating for Game of Thrones book

Idk if it has lots of sex scenes idc about violence but if it’s too spicy I don’t really want to read I’m fourteen for reference

I watched the show but haven’t read the book. It’s definitely R rated. There are sex scenes, incest, explicit violence and gore, and more. But I guess it would depend on your maturity as I know other 14 year olds who have watched it.

I did a quick Google search and apparently there are sex scenes and even rape scenes sooo I wouldn't recommend
