Remove book ONLY for newsletter subscribers

This prequel is ONLY available to Kacy's newsletters subscribers.
It's my understanding newsletter-only titles don't belong on GR.

Can the dropdown during editing be changed to "deleted" instead of "public" to mark it for removal, or is this a superlibrarian only sort of removal?

Yes, but it doesn't require a superlibrarian. Done.

Just a tip. Marking one edition invalid doesn't make all of them invalid, three still remain. I'm not sure if all the other three are invalid too but thought to mention it just in case https://www.goodreads.com/work/editio...
