SOLVED. YA Fantasy. Read in 2022 and its a series around 3-5 books long where there are 3 nations. The 3 nations are vertical. The books changes POV between 3 nations in the same book semi-frequently. Spoilers in comments. [s]

The point of view switches between the prince of the north nation who is in love with his sister, but at first he's unaware they're step-siblings. Then it goes to a boy in the middle nation who hates the south nation as they killed his brother, also the middle nation is known for their amazing wine. The third POV is the princess of the southern nation which is the richest of the 3.
(Full on book 1 ending spoilers)
The top nation is pretty ruthless and teams up with the middle nation to take down the southern nation. The southern nation loses where only the princess and i believe it was her secret lover escapes to the middle nation.
