Congrats! I think someone asked about this recently and the answer was no. It's only one 6-4 special advantage. But, wait for an official answer on that. I'm going on (often fuzzy) memory...

I rolled a 2 last time, and this time 5 = 7. So do I move 7 next turn instead of rolling? That is how I remember it, but I just want to double check, it does not say anything about that in the rules.

You move 5, but because the last 2 rolls add up to 7, when you get there, you have a choice of reading the book you land on, or the one before or after. You stay on the same space whichever of the 3 books you read. For your next turn (after reading the book), you move on from there.

My current position on Porter is exactly what you just got, JoAnne. My current die move combined with my prior gave me 7, giving me a choice of reading. Just like when I got this on Clerk, the book I landed up ends up being my read because it gives me my only litfic read this month.

It is just my luck that after several months of a lot of litfic reads, it is the tag the month I have a lot of other reading, not even ones I can creatively think fit.

I do want to ask a clarifying question, admitting that I have not been keeping up and this question has probably already been answered:

The book I landed on fits the current tag - tagged 39x - which earns me the ability to move forward 2 spaces at any time I wish. Does this mean I get to add 2 to any future dice rolls? Or that I can choose to move forward 2 for my next book rather than roll the dice?

You can add your tag rewards spaces to a roll, but you can’t use it in lieu of a roll. (Which I know because I tried to do it once.)

Be sure to note it on your log, and mention it here. I absolutely love using a little reward - because it gives me an alternate choice if I need it, without having to use a sub.

You cannot combine them, or use them with special advantages unless otherwise stated. Congrats on your special advantage!
