Does anyone else wish you could add notes to shelved books?

I have SO many books on my "Want to Read" list and often when I'm trying to decide what to read next I forget why I added a book in the first place... I try to keep it organized with tags but I'd love to have the ability to write notes to myself on books I've shelved (separate from reviews) or even customize the order so I can drag the ones I plan to read next to the top. Is this to OCD? Is anyone like this or do I have a problem?

You can order books on your shelf and add notes that only you can see on the website version of goodreads :)
