SOLVED. Children's Picture Book. Crazy lady keeps adding ridiculous toppings to a main dish (pizza or spaghetti or pancake?). Read in 1990s. [s]

Honestly I'm not sure if I'm making up a book that doesn't actually exist, but is there a children's picture book from perhaps the early 90s where the main character (a kind of crazy lady I think) makes a pizza or pancake or waffle or plate of spaghetti and throws all kinds of ridiculous ingredients on top of it. Is this a real book?

I'm having trouble remembering exact details but I feel like it was a kind of skinny, middle age lady with crazy hair. But I could be conflating books in my head.

The crazy hair reminds me of previous search: Camilla's New Hairdo but I don't think it's a match otherwise.
