I think people would be more interested in your blog if you included more book discussions or tags. Personally, I like blogs that don't have too many book reviews because I feel like I have to have read the book being reviewed. This is just a suggestion, so feel free to take it anyway you like.

Also, I really like the look of your blog, it's simple, but interesting. Some blogs I've seen are so complicated they're hard to look at, but I actually really like the look of your blog.

A tag is basically just a group of questions that have to do with a specific topic. If you look up "Book Tags" on YouTube or Google you can find some examples. But it's just a fun group of questions, sometimes to help your readers fogey to know you better.
