I have deleted quotes #1-3 & #5. They may take anything from 20 minutes - 2 days to disappear from all views.

Number 4 I'm not so sure on. It's not original but it is a romantic quote.

Any thoughts fellow librarians?

The person who added it read the book in a Kindle edition. I think this is one of those instances where a reader meant to mark a phrase for themselves and it ended up as a quote.

I don't think it adds anything meaningful. I would delete it.

& I've remembered why I stopped working on quotes (well that & the Librarian lists don't work atm) The other 4 quotes the delete didn't take. I have just deleted again, so hopefully it will work this time.

These quotes look to have been deleted successfully by staff. It is possible that there is now a cache on deleting quotes - which is odd because editing quotes still works instantly.
