There are duplicates without book covers for The Road to Gran Couva and The Celestial Crookstick. Please merge.

The first pair was merged.
The second pair have different ISBN so cannot be merged.

For future reference, none of this necessitates a superlibrarian. Please post future requests in the 'Book & Author Page Issues' folder.
