SOLVED. Children’s/ Tween Fantasy book - Time travelling cat, ends up on Titanic? [s]

i don’t remember much about this book other than a rough plot and a vague idea of the cover so here goes: the story started with a girl meeting an older woman at a playground(?) and ending up being given a cat. at some point, the young girl and this cat travel back in time and the cat runs away so the girl follows it so as to get back home…she meets a farm boy i think, then eventually ends up on the titanic? i remember her curled up, terrified, hidden on a lifeboat with the cat as she awaited the disaster she knew was to come; that’s when she zapped back to present day. i suppose she starts to wonder if it was all a weird dream because later on as she’s driving somewhere with her mam and friend she spots something to do with that farm boy and runs out of the car looking for the farm i think…they end up at a graveyard and she finds his name (?)
i’m not too sure of all these details, i’m worried i’m mixing up books, but in the hopes someone will recognise this plot i’m posting this anyway :)
i remember the cover having a white/grey cat with piercing blue/green eyes over a pink-purple backdrop, and i think there was a charm bracket involved too?
