We had 3 people come for viewings, and one made an offer, but it was 10k under what we're looking for, so we turned it down. They're coming back for another viewing next week (we're away this week).

They absolutely love the kitchen, but they wanted bigger rooms for the price. There is no way they'll find anything like that in our area, so they can either pay up or look elsewhere 😆

Had to restructure my reading plans a bit, as I just realised that the audiobook version of King Leopold is not available for me and I need to cut back on my reading costs a bit for this year.

So I decided to cover colonialism with a different book I already own, and instead of Congo, I'll read a Rwanda book as that's available for me on Audible. Page count I can cover with my current listen.

Feel free to remove them if my pace is too slow or if you have sth that's working.

my monthly audible credits are within my budget, but everything else needs to be put on hold until December when I'm writing to Santa. 🤭
