George & Martha (Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf)

2 MC is married
3 character name is also a type of animal (first, last, nickname)
4 tagged 'classic' at least 10 times
5 made into movie or TV show

Only about 2/3 through, but unless it goes drastically downhill in the final third, it's looking like a 4 star read for me.

It's probably the lilacs that are causing the current issues with my eyes doing the watery-itchy thing. I'm about 5 minutes from trying to scrub them with a wire brush... ARGGGHHHH!

There I was thinking it would be 21 for the second time.

I've had my 25th birthday many, many times now 😆

*tries to convince self I really don't need yet another copy of The Odyssey...*

BTW, I also love the translation by Robert Fagles. 😊
I decided that for The Iliad I will try Emily Wilson's out of curiosity.

I sampled the Emily Wilson translation of Iliad, but I'm not impressed with the narrator.
On the other hand, Dan Stevens is narrating the translation by Robert Fitzgerald (internet claims his is the most accurate), so....
look, the gremlins put this one onto my wishlist 😆
I enjoyed the Emily Wilson translation on audible.
Haven't read the Odyssey so the Ian McKellen narration may be beset by more gremlins.
