SOLVED. Children's picture book about a lucky ring [s]

I read this book around elementary school (college now).
The book centered around a little girl and believes her ring is lucky. It was going to be her older sister, Donna's (?), wedding. and was the flower girl. She went to the dress store with her mom to pick out a dress, but someone else picked up the one she wanted. She wished with her ring to get the dress, and the dress didn't fit the other little girl so she got to buy the dress.
On the day of the wedding the couple had somehow misplaced the rings. She lets her sister wear the ring in place of it.
I think that the rings were inside the bouquet.
