romance book/read around 2020/inheritance of a house and a man manages that house. she wants to sell it

I read a couple of years ago a book that i think is not very known
It was about a girl that inherits a house in the country and she moves back in order to update it and sell it but then she meets the rancher that takes care of the animals there.
I dont remember much more of the plot but i know that at some oint he lives with her and there are some leaks and he goes and sleeps in her bedroom with her.
